He was married to Ernestine Louise STARCHER (daughter of Thomas Jefferson STARCHER and Olive NORMAN) on Feb 14 1943. ⁽²⁾ Ernestine Louise STARCHER was born on Jan 30 1919 in Ohio.⁽²⁾ Howard Alex JONARD and Ernestine Louise STARCHER had the following children:
