John NUTTER was born about 1786 in Harrison Co., WV.⁽¹⁴⁷⁾ He resided The mouth of Addis Run about 1813 in Ritchie Co., WV.⁽¹⁴⁷⁾ John, Isaac, Levi, Thomas and William NUTTER squatted on land owned by Mr. ADDIS. This land was sold to William MCKINLEY, who dispossed the NUTTERs in 1818. He resided West fork of the Little Kanawha River after 1818 in Calhoun Co., WV.⁽¹⁴⁷⁾ He died on Jan 9 1857.⁽¹⁴⁷⁾
iv. Issac NUTTER was born about 1794 in Harrison Co., WV.⁽¹⁴⁷⁾ He served in the military about 1812.⁽¹⁴⁷⁾ He served one year in the War of 1812. He resided The mouth of Addis Run about 1813 in Ritchie Co., WV.⁽¹¹⁴⁾⁽¹⁴⁷⁾ John, Isaac, Levi, Thomas and William NUTTER squatted on lan owned by Mr. ADDIS. This land was sold to William MCKINLEY, who dispossed the NUTTERs in 1818. He died in 1865 in Virginia.⁽¹⁸¹⁾ He died in 1868 in Indianapolis, IN.⁽¹⁴⁷⁾ He resided in Tipton Co., IN.⁽¹¹⁴⁾
v. Barsheba NUTTER was born in 1795 in Harrison Co., WV.⁽¹⁴⁷⁾

Levi NUTTER was born in 1796 in Harrison Co., WV.⁽¹⁴⁷⁾ He resided The mouth of Addis Run about 1813 in Ritchie Co., WV.⁽¹⁴⁷⁾ John, Isaac, Levi, Thomas and William NUTTER squatted on lan owned by Mr. ADDIS. This land was sold to William MCKINLEY, who dispossed the NUTTERs in 1818. He died on Jan 30 1816 in Ritchie Co., WV.⁽¹⁴⁷⁾⁽¹⁴⁷⁾ He resided The Nutter Farm after 1818 in Ritchie Co., WV.⁽¹⁴⁷⁾ The Nutter Farm was on Goose Creek and consisted of an original purchase of 219 acres. This was added to over the years until finally the family owned more than 1,000 acres.
